Set up a tank (name, volume, dosing style) on first launch, then tap the + button and enter your readings — alkalinity, calcium, magnesium, and any of the eight parameters you test. It lands on your trend line immediately.
Alkalinity (dKH), calcium, magnesium, nitrate, phosphate, temperature, salinity, and pH. Log whichever ones you test — you don't have to fill in all of them every time.
No. Enter only what you measured. Reefkeel charts whatever you give it and computes dosing on the parameters it has enough readings for.
The free tier keeps 90 days of history. Reefkeel Pro keeps it unlimited.
The consumption-rate engine needs at least two readings of a parameter to measure how fast your tank is using it. After one reading it shows the value as “holding” — log a second test and the dose number appears.
It measures your tank's actual daily uptake from your logged history, then works out the mL/day of your chosen additive needed to hold your target — accounting for your tank volume and the additive's concentration. It shows the drift it caught and the math, never a black box.
Reefkeel ships with the published dosing concentrations of common reef additives. Pick a preset, or choose “Custom” and enter your own strength if you use a product or mix that isn't listed.
Treat it as a well-informed starting point, not a guarantee. Always cross-check against your additive manufacturer's instructions and re-test after adjusting. Big corrections should be made gradually — stability matters more than speed.
Yes. The single-shot dosing calculator — current value, target, volume, additive → mL/day and doses-per-bottle — is free forever.
Enter the trace-element values from each ICP test (Triton, ATI, Oceamo, or any lab) and Reefkeel charts each element across all your tests — so you can see what's climbing or crashing over time, not just read one PDF in isolation.
Not in this version — ICP values are entered manually for now. Automatic import (email / CSV / photo) is on the roadmap.
The free tier covers one tank. Reefkeel Pro adds unlimited tanks, each with its own logs, charts, and doses.
That's your target range for the parameter. As long as the line stays inside the band, you're holding steady — when it drifts out, you'll know at a glance.
$24.99 per year, or a one-time $39.99 lifetime license. Both unlock the same Pro features.
Open Settings inside Reefkeel and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you bought it with. If it still doesn't appear, email us and we'll sort it out.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Reefkeel. The lifetime license is a one-time purchase, so there's nothing to cancel.
Yes — your logs are stored on your device, so deleting the app deletes them. Use the Pro CSV / PDF export to keep a backup before you remove or switch phones.
